As her last name may suggest, Heather Young has not been on the tour circuit long, but she continues to rack up career firsts among the world's best. With her first career A-Tier win and Disc Golf Pro Tour podium in tow, she doubled down with another podium finish and notched her first 1000 rated round.

The 1000 rated round may change once the MVP Open ratings become official, but as it stands, the hot final round put her in solo third after her first go at Maple Hill. Young was the only player in the Open Women's to shoot under par during the final day to bring her three round total to a 1-under par 182.

She continues to rely on her strengths, leading the field in Circle 1x Putting and tying for first in Circle 2 Putting as she works to solidify her game off the tee. Young showed promise in that area, finishing sixth in Circle 2 in Regulation.

Catrina Allen was right there in fourth place, continuing to churn out top-5 finishes at big events. Allen has now finished inside the top-5 in eight of nine DGPT starts with six podium finishes and a win.

Allen did her best work in Round 1, shooting one of the weekend's under par rounds at 3-down. That put her just one stroke off the pace and set the tone for another solid finish on the year. She led the field in Circle 1 in Regulation while finishing in the top-5 in Fairway Hits and Circle 2 in Regulation. Allen also posted the sixth best putting percentage from Circle 1x.

In Open, Chris made his return to the top-5 with a 14-under 166 total over three rounds to finish in a tie for fifth. Dickerson took moving day to heart with his 8-under day two score which moved him up 21 spots into that fifth slot. He tossed another solid round on the final day to solidify his position. It marks Dickerson's fourth top-5 finish in DGPT events this season.

Kevin Jones finished in a tie for 20th and Luke Humphries added a tied for 25th place finish.
