The Prodigy MX-1 is a very overstable midrange disc. It is designed to have a predictable finish no matter the release angle. Whether you throw it backhand or sidearm, the MX-1 can handle power and wind with no problem. In your hand, it feels similar to a beaded disc but doesn't have a bead, and its diameter is slightly smaller than traditional midranges.

The Prodigy Disc FX-2 packs an overstable punch in our fairway lineup, bringing speed to its class as it fits in between our F Series and H Series. The FX-2 has a profile that provides a comfortable feel for both backhand and sidearm throwers. Crank on it as hard as you want and get a fast, straight flight with a medium finish or scale back the power for controlled hyzers. No matter how you throw it, you'll be surprised how far it flies. The FX-2 brings a new brand of fairway driver to the table with more to come.

300 Plastic has been developed for optimum feel and grip for putters, approach discs, and midrange discs, and would be considered our baseline plastic. The blend of materials is durable enough to take a solid impact and maintain its flight characteristics while still having the ability to be broken in with regular use.

400 Plastic is a premium blend of materials that is extremely durable and gives the thrower an impeccable grip, even when it is wet. It is the most popular Prodigy plastic across the entire lineup of discs. While 400 Plastic is often known for its translucent properties, which catch the sunlight well for pronounced colors in the daytime, it can also be more opaque. 400 plastic has a stiff rim and more “pop” when you flex the center of the disc.

500 Plastic is a premium blend that has a less gummy feel than 400 plastic. This provides you with an extremely confident grip and a stiffer flight plate, balancing just the right amount of flex and firmness. 500 Plastic has a uniquely pearlescent finish which adds another visual element to each disc.
