DOMESTIC SHIPPING
*We currently only offer free shipping within the continental U.S. We do ship internationally, however, shipping rates will vary depending on location.
**We offer free shipping within the continental U.S. on all order values of $60.00 and above. Shipping rates for orders with a total value under $60.00 are calculated at checkout based upon the size of your order and your shipping address.
Free shipping is provided by USPS or UPS, and will usually take 3-7 business days from time of fulfillment. Fulfilment may take anywhere between 1-5 business days depending on order volumes.
If you would like to receive your order in less time, you may choose to pay for an expedited shipping option at checkout. IMPORTANT: Choosing an expedited shipping option will not result in faster order fulfilment, and only affects shipping time once handed over to the shipping carrier.
Orders placed on weekends and national holidays will be shipped out on the next possible working day.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer international shipping with shipping rates based on your location. We currently do not offer any free shipping outside of the continental U.S.
Please be aware, you are responsible for providing an accurate, properly formatted address, and any additional shipping costs incurred because of a package that has been "returned to sender" due to an inaccurate address will be the responsibility of the customer.
Any local duties or taxes are not included in the sale or shipping price, and are to be paid by the customer.

RETURNS
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and all original tags must be attached.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless due to manufacturing defect). Shipping costs paid on original purchase are non-refundable. For international orders, duties & taxes are non-refundable in all situations.
Do not return any items without first contacting us and receiving instructions to do so.
All Discs are final sale, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Clothing items (if applicable)
Returns on clothing items due to sizing, i.e. clothing item does not fit properly can be exchanged or refunded for store credit. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and all original tags must be attached.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your clothing item (for any reason other than a defect). Shipping costs are non-refundable. For international orders, duties & taxes are non-refundable in all situations.
Manufacturing defects / warranty - Bags
Manufacturing defects (excluding Bags)
Should your item have a manufacturing defect, please contact us at service@prodigydisc.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- Detailed pictures of the defect
- Details of use / any other relevant information
Do not mail your product back to us before we instruct you to do so.
If we deem the manufacturing defect to be valid, you can choose to exchange the defective item or have the order refunded. Returns based on a manufacturing defect will need to be examined and approved by our staff before any refunds are issued. Should your item have a confirmed manufacturing defect (judged by the photos you have provided), we will generate and send you a return mailing label to return your item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds (if applicable)
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
