The Prodigy Disc X4 is a slightly understable, low profile, high-speed distance driver. It is great for players with lower arm speed that are looking to gain more distance. The X4 is designed to hold a turnover even at a lower speed. The X4 performs very well at low heights and in tunnel shots. For players with faster arm speed, the X4 will flip later in the flight path and is perfect for long wooded shots or accurate turnovers.

400 Plastic is a premium blend of materials that is extremely durable and gives the thrower an impeccable grip, even when it is wet. It is the most popular Prodigy plastic across the entire lineup of discs. While 400 Plastic is often known for its translucent properties, which catch the sunlight well for pronounced colors in the daytime, it can also be more opaque. 400 plastic has a stiff rim and more “pop” when you flex the center of the disc.

Nice Glide

Was looking for some extra glide. Got it! Unfortunately, before I was able to fully learn all the attributes of the disc, I flew it into a giant Eucalyptus tree and I'll probably never see it again. The early flights were epic enough, however, to have me now looking at buying another one to replace it. Watch out for giant Euc trees!

Under stable but not really under stable

I like this disc and I get a lot of distance with it but to be honest, my X3 is more under stable than my X4. I'm still breaking it in but I don't think it's going to change much. At full power thrown slightly hyzer it will stand up and turn mid flight and then it will always have a very strong fade at the end. A good disc but I have other discs that do the same flight. I wanted that under stable disc that doesn't come back as strong or at all.
