My second Prodigy bag. Solid, quality and fits on my Zuca cart. Good looking blue and good price. I play a lot in all kinds of weather and the bag dries fast and has plenty of room for for 20 discs in the main area, 5 mid-ranges in the top pocket, A front putter pouch and zip pockets for discs or miscellaneous stuff.
This bag is great! tons of room, light weight, and the insulated water bottle holders are an awesome feature. This bag can hold tons of discs and is also super comfortable. It's definitely worth every penny!
Great bag, can fit 26 disc in the bottom compartment and 3-4 in the putter pockets. Lots of good storage space and love that it repels water. Also very comfortable with the extra padding on the back. Great choice for anyone!!
I love my new BP-2 V3 bag. It's just what I need to hold enough discs and supplies for me and my wife. Makes trips to the course much better and easier. Great quality and even better pricing!!
There are a lot of options in the disc golf for bags but this bag is really quite great. With that being said, there isn't anything particularly over the top great about the bag. What makes the bag so great, is the value you receive. This bag has (once built) fantastic support that won't fall over, can store plenty of discs, and has good pockets with plenty of space. The price of this bag makes the value impossible to pass up. I can't imagine another bag at the same value being of higher quality than what prodigy has made here.
For reference, I've used the trooper (dd), and my wife has used two different grip6 bags, and this bag is my favorite.
Looked at several bags in the $70-100 price range and the BP2V3 had the most features I was looking for. Plenty of storage in the main compartment plus you can fit a couple extra disc in the side pockets if you need too. This was the only bag in the price range that had an umbrella/retriever sleeve which I prefer over the Velcro strap that others have. Putter pocket up top is a little tight getting 2 in and out at the same time (I’ve since modded it a little and love the putter pocket now). Feet on the bottom we’re a must have and so far these are working great and prodigy offered the most color options for the price range. Definitely recommend if someone is looking for a bag in the $70-100 range
This is a great bag on the bigger side for a decent budget. Any other brand holding the same amount of discs will be over $100. The colors for these bags are very vibrant and the material is high quality. Putting in the supports and dividers in the bag was a bit tricky and I wish there were some kind of instructions. The bag is comfortable to carry and has good sized pockets and water bottle holders.
So far this pack has been awesome. Holds discs well and makes playing even more enjoyable. I would say that the base plastic piece that makes the pack have a flat bottom is designed sort of poorly and juts out beneath the lower padding, sticking into my lower back slightly. It’s not unbearable and I can deal with it, but it’s definitely not comfortable. I’ve tried adjusting it and coming up with solutions to make it sit further back and not dig into my back, but it seems it’s just sort of how the design is unfortunately. Aside from that, for less than $100 this pack does a great job! I recommend, even with the wonky plastic base piece!
The person that bought this bag was quite happy with the design and overall product.
Overall this is a decent bag. The pros of this bag are a large amount of storage space and the heavy duty support on the bottom of the bag that elevates it off the ground and helps to keep it upright. The first flaw I noticed is the top putter pocket. Its just a bit too small and the double zipper function is just a hassle. I find myself never zipping it closed so it typically just gets in the way. The major flaw, however, is the material. The "rip stop" fabric feels paper thin and does not give the impression that it will hold up for more than a couple of years maximum. If I am spending just shy of $100 on a bag, I would expect it to be made with a higher quality, more durable fabric. Disc golf bags see a lot of wear and tear in a single round and I want to feel like my bag will hold up. My fears were confirmed when after only using this bag for about 3 to 4 disc golf outings, I noticed a small tear in the fabric. While its nothing major, it confirms that this bag wont last more than a season or two. That's disappointing for the money I spent. If I could do it all again I would dish out twice the money and go with one of the "fancy" bag brands that will likely stand the test of time.
