Changing Of The Guard - Will Schusterick Named CEO of Prodigy Disc

In this role, he will oversee the daily operations of the company at its highest level from Prodigy's Georgia headquarters. He will continue to oversee the relationships with the company's largest partners, maintain a direct hand in the planning of production, lend insights to the marketing team with current and future campaigns, work with Prodigy's global teams, and much more. His love for the sport, passion for the brand, and institutional knowledge of the company will be put to good use as he enters the role of CEO.

Were Will's accolades on the course are well documented, the foundation of his future with the company was also cultivated off the course. He has been a member of the team since day one, offering course design services and selling event packages with great success while touring full-time. Schusterick joined Prodigy in 2017 as a full-time Sales Account Executive on the warehouse staff. He quickly advanced within the company's sales team and has served as Sales Director since 2019.

Will has been on the front lines since 2013 helping grow the influence and reach of the Prodigy brand. As a Dalton resident based at the company headquarters, Will has fostered relationships both locally and beyond, helping shape a company committed to driving innovation in the sport—a core value cast at Prodigy's founding.
