Description

The Prodigy Disc A4 is the latest in our range of approach discs. The A4 is a slightly over stable disc that fills the distance gap between midranges and putters and is designed for all skill levels. The disc is consistent and reliable in moderate wind conditions and perfect for short approach shots. It works equally as well for backhand or sidearm throwers. The A4, like the A3 has a bead on the rim. You can expect it to fly slightly less stable than the A3 with an extra 40-50 feet in distance.

400G Plastic is the regular 400 Plastic with a shot of adrenaline. It is the base 400 plastic mixed with another resin that gives the plastic a slightly different feel than the base 400 Plastic. The additive also makes the disc more durable and requires more time to break it in.

Great disc!

If you are like me and struggle with mids the A4 is a great option. Smaller diameter than a mid and low profile. I throw it about 200'-250' and it basically stops where it lands .

Hyzer flip bomber

Man, this handles so well, and hyzer flips so nice and great for 275-325 foot shots—one of my go-to discs. I replaced two midranges with this one disc.

Great, unique disc but not for me

I own an A2, an A3, and now an A4.
This run flys a little more overstable than I was expecting, more like an A 3.5, but still a good tweener disc. It can handle a low power flick and gets a decent amount of distance but at the end of the day it just didn't do anything remarkably different than my A3 and the rim was a little shallow for me personally. Still giving 5 stars because overall great unique disc and if you find it comfortable then it's golden.

A4 gets an A+

The A4 is a great approach disc and I really like the 400G plastic. For an older recreational level player like me it flies farther and is less stable than my A3.

I’m liking this one!

I’m really liking this A4. I can get a bit more distance out of this, over my driving putters. (RHBH Envy, and my Atom are consistently 250-280’) this just get’s it up there a touch more...flies and works as intended! Compliment’s my A2 perfectly. Well done Prodigy!

A4

The A4 is a go-to along with my A3. I needed something that was a little less stable than my A3 750. This did the trick. This disc is a straight flyer as long as I put it on a little bit of anhyzer. I am hoping it will get a little better the more I beat it in. The plastic feels good and even better it is flat on top.

Great disc

This is my go to stand still throw hard disc. I love it so much. I love the grip and the flight is always consistent.

Trusty woods disc

Gave the A4 a try looking for a disc I could throw hard and straight. I found it super stable but even with my medium arm speed can get it to flip to flat and carry straight. It stayed in my bag and is my driver for narrow shots.
