The Prodigy Disc A2 is an overstable utility disc that fills the gap between midranges and putters. The A2 is perfect for power throwers who want to avoid the possibility of their shot turning over. The disc is consistent and reliable in all wind conditions and perfect for short, trick shots as well as high wind approach shots. The A2 is a beadless cousin to the A1 and will fly just slightly less stable than the A1. You can expect and extra 30 to 40 feet of glide than the A1.
500 Plastic has been in development for quite some time, formulated and based on carefully considered player feedback. It has a stiffer, less gummy feel than 400 Plastic. This provides an extremely confident grip on the flight plate, balancing just the right amount of flex and firmness, with a very solid feeling rim that we believe disc golfers are going to love. 500 Plastic has a uniquely pearlescent finish, unlike anything else in the Prodigy Disc plastic line.

The 500 spectrum A2 is moreover stable than a zone and I’m loving them for approach shots! I may try getting some in softer plastic as well! This disc is great!
Love this disc. Looks sweet and Flys so good
In 500 plastic the A2 is super beefy-love this disc and going to use it to replace the zone in my bag. I also went and got one in 300 to beat up for a little less stability, but in 500 it really does hold that fade even when thrown with a lot of power.
I love the way this plastic feels in the hand. Very silky smooth. Seems to have a touch more stability than the 400 series.
