These putters are incredible, just a touch of stability for a reliable hyzer putt, I have used these for almost 5 months now and they don't even have a scratch on them somehow. The flight stays consistent despite months of use, the glow plastic is better for longer putts as it tends to not turn over too quick if you put a little more power on it. Seriously the best putter out there.
The best prodigy putter made.
Great disc in between my pa2 and pa4. Nice straight flyer that doesn’t turn over but the finish isn’t as hard as a pa2.
These are solid. I don't throw them off the tee, so this will all be in reference to putting.
First, the nose is still blunt like most Prodigy putters, but not as blunt as the others. So if you prefer a little more rounded nose than the Pa series, this is good.
Second, it feels relatively shallow in hand. I'm sure actual dimensions are within a millimeter of most any other putter, but the feel in hand is overall shallow. To me, a wizard or an aviar feel deep. This does not feel like that.
Third, the texture is not what I would call tacky. That does not mean that it is slick like a premium plastic would be. But if you are looking for that gritty and chalky feel of something like Gateway eraser plastic, this does not feel like that. To me, that is a positive. I get a consistent release with this disc. I tend to feel those super textured plastics stick in my hand and go high and right.
Fourth, the rigidity is stiff. I would put it maybe between Gateway Firm and Gateway SS. Definitely stiffer than my Discraft jawbreaker Challenger or my kastaplast K3 Reko.
Fifth, the flight path is overall very straight. It does fade oh, but not until late in the flight. It's very glidey, so you won't need as much arc as you might be used to with other putters. This makes it terrific for people who want to putt flat without having to throw crazy hard. It also makes it great for circle 2 putts. However, if you miss high, just remember that it's glidey and it doesn't fade until late, so you'll have a comebacker.
Sixth, the plastic is not very durable. It will nick and beat up and bend easily. This is why I am not throwing it off the tee. But if all you do is actually putt with it, you shouldn't have any trouble.
Overall this is a Goldilocks putter for me. Just right. I previously used a Magnet, a Challenger, a Wizard, and a Reko each for extended periods. I am no longer dating other putters. Happily married to the P Model S.
Sidenote. It glows. It doesn't light up the night like crazy Kastaplast Glow plastic, but it isn't dim. It's solid Glow.
Second sidenote. All mine are yellow.
I picked up a few of these on recommendation from a friend. I have always used a putter with a bead and like firmness in my main putter. This has fit the bill PLUS SOOO MUCH GLIDE. Feel confident on putts 10’-15’ further than I ever have before. Great disc!
Love the feel of this putters rim and the plastic! Great discs
These are, hands down, my favorite putters.
They just glide straight to the basket!
The awesome Par2 stamp is a bonus.
Love this glide for a putter. Frequently used on my approaches.
Point and shoot putter! Instantly made the bag and replaced my D-line P2’s. Great putter!
Best putter ever created. Instantly made my bag and swapped out my pa3 300. After bagging the two, I went and ordered two more. Better get them before your too late. Cool stamp was a bonus.
