For the first time ever, the Prodigy USA Warehouse is open for you to shop and explore! Here's everything you need for your visit.

Doors open at 9:00 AM ET, please ensure you have agreed to the waiver linked below or you will not be allowed in. Please enter at our front entrance to the We ask that the latest you arrive is 2:00 PM ET, we ask that all shopping be done by 3:00 PM ET.

Shop The Warehouse Rules:

1. No Photography: Taking pictures inside the warehouse is strictly prohibited.
2. No Unsafe Behavior: Running, jumping, climbing, throwing discs, or handling boxes/stacks of discs inappropriately is not allowed.
3. Respect Others: Please be mindful of other shoppers as you explore. No rude language or behavior is allowed.
4. Respect Restricted Areas: Avoid entering marked-off or restricted areas. These boundaries are in place for your safety—stay within the designated zones.
5. No Bags Permitted: Bags are not allowed in the warehouse. Please leave them outside. All shoppers will receive a 25-count box to place items in.
6. No Food or Drinks: Consuming food or drinks inside the warehouse is prohibited to maintain cleanliness and safety
7. Ask for Assistance: If you need help retrieving items above your head or in difficult-to-reach areas, request assistance from a Prodigy representative.
8. Disc Organization: When handling discs, return them to the exact stack they came from. Do not mix stacks. If you’re unsure where a disc belongs, hand it to a Prodigy representative for proper placement.
9. Handling Large Quantities: If you need more than a 25-count box of discs, ask for a larger or additional box from a Prodigy representative.
10. Checking out: When you are done shopping you will return through the door you entered and check out at the desk near the exit.
