DOUBLE WEEKEND ROUNDUP: COLGLAZIER LIGHTS UP AZALEA CITY CLASSIC, LEIVISKA BAGS FIFTH WIN IN A ROW ON BLACK FRIDAY

Cameron Colglazier and Cale Leiviska turned in dominant performances over the last two weekends. Colglazier played in Mobile, Ala., last weekend for the Azalea City Classic, where he picked up a six stroke win.
He shot out of the gate with a blazing hot 1079-rated opening round. He finished with a 27-under par 90 total. Matt Orum matched Colglazier for the low score in the second round and finished as the event’s runner-up with a 21-under 96.
Cale Leiviska skipped out on the shopping, instead grabbing his fifth consecutive win and 12th of the year Nov. 23. He played at the Black Friday Open #4 in Coon Rapids, Minn., a one-day event with three rounds of 13 holes.
Leiviska fired off consecutive 1054-rated rounds before finishing with a 21-under 96 total for the event. It was good for a three stroke margin.
Mitch Privette and Ben Kroll tossed matching 16-under 101s to finish in a tie for fourth. Kroll’s total included a 1036-rated opening round. Daniel Polk matched Kroll’s hot rating in the second round and finished in a tie for sixth with a 12-under 105.
Jason Jalonen took first at the Union - Flex Start Friday in Union, Ontario, Canada, and Jeremy Novak took first at the Mesa City Championships, an unsanctioned event. Pete Ulibarri took third.
