Kevin Jones shot out of the gate in East Bethel, Minn., and kept his distance from the field, winning The Majestic by five strokes.

Jones tossed a 28-under par 150 over two rounds to claim his first A-Tier and third win overall this year. He opened with a 16-under 73 on the famed 27-hole track at Blue Ribbon Pines. The scorching hot effort garnered a 1072 rating and gave Jones the five stroke lead he wouldn’t relinquish.

He crushed the field in birdie rate with a 61 percent clip. He was also on top in parked shots while tying for the lead in circle 1 in regulation and circle 2 in regulation with Cale Leiviska.

Leiviska moved up a spot in the final round to finish in a tie for second. He only took one bogey during the 54-hole tournament, leading in both fairway hits and scramble percentage. He birdied his last three to secure the second place tie.

Matt Orum had a solid finish in tying for sixth. He found the green often and was in the top-3 for fairway hits, circle 1 in regulation and circle 2 in regulation. Mitch Privette also had a top-10 finish in 9th place.

Daniel Polk won comfortably in Pro Masters 40+ with a 14-under 164. He left his mark with a 1051-rated second round that gave him a six stroke cushion.

Chris Dickerson dominated the Rocktown Classic in Harrisonburg, Va., scoring a win by double digits. He led by just two after the first round, but he gained another eight strokes on Lance Brown in the second round. Brown finished second to Dickerson’s 15-under 93. It marks Dickerson’s third straight win and 12th of the year.

Sam Castiglione got on the board for the first time in 2019, winning the Shore Winds Shootout in Waterport, N.Y. Castiglione was down by four headed into the second and final round, but stormed back to win by two with a 7-under 119 total. Bobby Jones finished in a tie for 6th.

Tanner Girouard and G.T. Hancock swapped wins in Texas. Girouard claimed his on Saturday in Fort Worth at Air Assault @ Arcadia II. He had a consistent showing in shooting an 11-under 101 to win by three. Hancock finished third but came back Sunday to win the NEC Open @ North Park in Haltom City. There Hancock scored the hot round in what turned out to be the only round due to lightning. His 7-under 53 beat out Girouard and one other competitor by one.

Billy Ray Osborn took Advanced at the Ohio Amateur Championships in Wellington, Ohio. Osborn battled over three rounds and a final nine to shoot a 6-under 213. He edged out his closest competitor by a stroke in the finals to take the win.

Brandon Robertson added a first place finish in Another Round Flex Start at Kilborne and Nick Snelling won the Riverfest 7.0 doubles with his partner. Snelling finished second in singles.
