The Prodigy Disc A2 is an overstable utility disc that fills the gap between midranges and putters. The A2 is perfect for power throwers who want to avoid the possibility of their shot turning over. The disc is consistent and reliable in all wind conditions and perfect for short, trick shots as well as high wind approach shots. The A2 is a beadless cousin to the A1 and will fly just slightly less stable than the A1. You can expect and extra 30 to 40 feet of glide than the A1.
300 Plastic is a special blend of materials that is durable enough to take solid impact but has the ability to be broken in over time. Our 300 Plastic has been developed for optimum feel and grip for Putters and Midrange discs.
Prodigy Spectrum Line discs feature our proprietary processing technique to produce a myriad of beautiful color combinations and patterns; each unique, and every disc more amazing than the last.

What's not to like about the A2? It does exactly what it should, it fades as it slows and sits the heck down. I think 300 plastic is great for this disc, and I am always a fan of Prodigy prominently displaying the star logo.
Best forehand approach disc I've ever thrown. I have a slower arm so with other approach discs I've tried I could only get around 125 ft. My first round with this disc I parked a 200 ft hole off the tee. Definitely a game changer for me.
super reliable, great for forehand upshots
I had to try out 300 Spectrum, and why not an A2? These fly great.
This A2 was pretty flat compared to some other 300 ones I've had, and again, Prodigy killed it with the spectrum runs, really pretty disc!
If you want are missing a reliable putt/mid range, this is it. Real comfortable flat top with great stability to handle hard backhand throws and powerful flicks for that sidearm approach. Will definitely be adding more of these to the bag.
These are stable now, but I know these beat in and can be used for alot of different shots. Super great ๐
